    It’s amazing how they hardly ever invest in having someone hiured to make prototypes, etc. and usability tests on the interfaces of the stuff they want to develop.

    Beats having people call every other day asking how they should do this or that, AND, as we can see from several companies who invest in a nice design usability for their creations, it pays off.
