Mogopop
Mogopop is a web application designed to make it easy to create, publish and download multimedia content for iPods.[...] The Mogopop Manager allows you to transfer multimedia content to and from your iPod in an easy way. You only have to download the Manager once. Think of it like iTunes for the notes section.
The only problem is if you want to download the manager you have to look it up, because apparently to these guys the only important thing is for you to download the content, not the manager, you know the tool that actually puts the stuff on the iPod! If you look at the site, the link to the manager is at the bottom, with the tiny letters, as if it wasn’t very important, and when you register, you’re never prompted to download the thingy! Talk about bad design! Mogopop is mogopoop designwise.

Sorry you had trouble finding the manager download link. On each item’s download page, right next to the “download” button is a link to the mogopop manager.
We debated a lot on how to link to the manager without being obnoxious to people who already have it. We’re still fine tuning it, so thanks for your feedback.

I believe what you need is to give some kind of feedback to the user when he registrates where to donwload the tool.
